Hugo is still looking for his home

Hugo, our blue boy, is still available, and he is ready to leave now. He is the one in these photographs, and he is the last of Rosie’s first litter still looking for his home.

If you asked me to pick the friendliest kitten in this litter it would be him, and it would not be a close call. He was the first to come and see what I was doing rather than wait to be found, and he has stayed that way. A big, strong boy with a lovely coat, and the sort of temperament that walks into a new house and gets on with it.

We do not run individual profiles for a whole litter. At this age colour and character are still changing week by week, and we would far rather talk to you about which kitten would suit your home than have you fall for a photograph. But when it comes down to one kitten, it seems only fair to show you which one.

Current litter — born 25 May 2026

Rosie’s first litter, sired by GrCh HENBRITS TOPGUN MAVERICK (cinnamon, carrying dilute), arrived on 25 May 2026. Hugo is now coming up to fifteen weeks, fully vaccinated and vet checked, and ready to leave. We never rehome before thirteen weeks.

Why this pairing. Maverick is not a stud we picked from a photograph. I have judged him myself, more than once, and the reason we chose him is on Rosie’s page. Both he and Rosie are PKD1 tested clear and blood typed, so this litter was planned rather than hoped for.

We are keeping Highway, the chocolate girl from this litter, for our own breeding, which tells you what we think of the pairing. Here is how I chose her.

How it works

1. Enquire — tell us a little about your home and what you are looking for
2. Chat & visit — we will answer your questions and arrange a visit by appointment once kittens are old enough
3. Reserve — a deposit secures your kitten. The full price is £1,200, with a £300 deposit to reserve and the balance due on collection. Photo updates as they grow.
4. Collection — Hugo can come home now, at fourteen to sixteen weeks. We never rehome before 13 weeks, and not until the full primary vaccination course is complete and the kitten has had around three weeks to settle afterwards. Kittens go home vaccinated, microchipped at home by Paula (our certified implanter), vet checked, insured and ready for their new family.

Every photo on this page is of Rosie’s own kittens, taken here at home.

Gone are the days when I could set up a photo shoot. The cats choose the time and the place now, and they do not take direction. So if a picture here is not perfectly composed, that is why: it was taken when a kitten happened to be doing something worth photographing, usually one-handed.

I would rather show you a slightly wonky photograph of a real kitten in this house than a perfect one you have no way of checking. If a litter anywhere is only ever photographed beautifully, ask to see it on a video call instead.
